- All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by the event organiser.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Any booking or transaction fees will be clearly stated at checkout.
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket attached. This ticket acts as your proof of purchase.
2. Tickets and Admission
- Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct.
- Tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or duplicated without prior written permission.
- Entry to the event requires a valid ticket. Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.
- You may be required to show photo ID upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, security, or behavioural reasons.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- You may be eligible for a refund given a valid medical reason and at least 3 weeks’ notice prior to the event. Requests must be submitted in writing.
- Tickets are otherwise non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed.
- In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a full refund.
- For rescheduled events, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, a refund may be offered upon request.
- No refund will be given if you fail to attend the event.
4. Event Changes and Liability
- Event details, including speakers, timing, and venue, are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant alterations.
- Podium Events Ltd is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation or changes.
- Events may be subject to venue or government health and safety regulations. Attendees must comply with all such guidelines.

- Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We only share your information with third parties when necessary to deliver our services (e.g., event collaborators, payment processors).
